Antiserum is developed in Rabbit using the Human IgG as the immunogen. The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which remove essentially all Human serum proteins, except the specific antibody for Human IgG. The conjugate is specific for Human IgG when tested against Human IgA, IgG and IgM, Bence Jones kappa and lambda myeloma proteins by ELISA.
