Purified Dog IgG was prepared from normal canine serum by a multi-step process including de-lipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. The product is then extensively dialysed against phosphate buffered saline. Immunoelectrophoretic analysis demonstrates a single precipitin arc against anti canine IgG and anti canine serum.
