Intended Uses: This LGI1-IgG ELISA kit is intended for Laboratory Research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. In order to determine whether contains LGI1-IgG in the sample, this LGI1-IgG ELISA Kit includes Negative control and Positive control. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. The color depth was positively correlated with the LGI1-IgG in the sample.
