- For unused kit: The whole kit could be stored at -20oC in shelf life, while up to one month at 4oC. For experiment convenience, reagents could also be stored seperately, Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20oC while the others could be at 4 oC.
For used kit: When the kit is used, the remaining reagents need to be stored according to the above storage condition. Besides, please return the unused wells to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, and zip-seal the foil pouch.

Principle of the Assay: The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to NEUROG3. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to NEUROG3. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain NEUROG3, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of NEUROG3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Intended Uses: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of NEUROG3 in human tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
