Each microplate is coated with a mixture of SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein (S1) and SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein (S2) produced in HEK293 cells. (S1) encompassing amino acids 1-674, and (S2) encompassing amino acids 685-1211. Derived from the Wuhan-Hu-1 strain (48 antigen wells).
