Human novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) spike glycoprotein (S) amino acids 16-685 with a 6xHis-sumostar-tag at the N-terminus were expressed in the yeast. The resulting protein is the recombinant partial-length human SARS-CoV-2-S protein. The purity of this S protein is greater than 90% determined by SDS-PAGE. Its actually observed molecular weight was about 116kDa.
