IL3 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 148 amino acids (27-166 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.7 kDa (Migrates at 18-28kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). IL3 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
