Description: The SARS-CoV-2 Pseudoviral Particles are replication-deficient Maloneymurine leukemia virus (MLV or MuLV) pseudotyped with the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein carrying the Omircon BJ.1 sub-variant genotype (Genbank sequence ID: UXU98303.1). BJ.1 spike protein is only 1 or 2 amino acid different from XXB or XBB.1.5 spike protein.MLV-based virus system is a better choice than HIV-based lentivirus system for making pseudoviral particles in regards of lab safety and product quality. Gag-Pol is the only component from MLV.
