Subunit troponin I is a biomarker detected myocardial infarction in the blood within 3 to 6 hours of chest pain. Recombinant cardiac troponin I protein is full length protein containing total 260 amino aids with vector sequence , migrating as 27kDa on SDS-PAGE. It was expressed in E Coli with 6 x histidines at its C-termnal, this protein can be used as standard control to quantitate the test kit.
