The rabbit/mouse peroxidase (HRP)/DAB+, is a polymer based system designed for application in immunohistochemistry as a universal kit that can be used with prediluted and concentrated primary antibodies (produced in rabbit and/or mouse) from different manufacturers. It is a two-step detection kit; first the tissue is incubated with the diluted (ready to use) secondary antibody (detection system - detecting both, rabbit and/or mouse IgGs), followed by the incubation of the section with the DAB+ Chromogen solution.
