浓度：Can be provided as 100 µg/mL, 500 µg/mL or 1mg/mL.
稀释范围：ELISA (solid phase: 0, 1-100 µg/ml; tracer: 0, 001-100 µg/ml for 30 min at RT). Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 µg/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Immunofluorescence (0, 5-1, 0 µg/ml). Immunohistology (formalin-fixed: 1-2 µg/ml for 30 min at RT: staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, 0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
