浓度：Can be provided as 100 µg/mL, 500 µg/mL or 1mg/mL.
稀释范围：Flow cytometry (0, 5-1, 0 µg/million cells in 0, 1 ml). Functional studies (0, 02-2, 0 µg/ml without azide). Immunoblotting (0, 5-1, 0 µg/ml). Immunohistology (2-4 µg/ml for 30 min at RT; staining of formalin-fixed tissue requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes).
