WB: Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Testes lysates (calculated MW of 66.5kDa according to NP_004815.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lahn et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2002 Jun 25;99 (13) :8707-12; PMID: 12072557). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
