The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Velayos-Baeza, Hum Mol Genet. 2008 Mar 15;17 (6) :859-71; PMID: 18063668). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 25kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
