- Spin vial briefly before opening. Reconstitute in 100 µL sterile-filtered, ultrapure water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. The MC192 is supplied in lyophilized form from Protein G-purified hybridoma cell culture supernatants. The lyophilized antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C or-20°C. After reconstitution undiluted aliquots should be kept at-20°C for up to six months. For additional stability Glycerol (1:1) may be added after reconstitution. Repetitive freeze/thaw cycle should be avoided.
