Kit description of DNAbsolute
*The number of extractions per kit depends on your starting sample weight. For samples weighting from 50 mg to 100 mg, refer to the lowest number of extractions provided. This number will then be inversely proportional to the weight, and can be multiplied by up to 10 when working with samples under 10 mg.
Storage: PBS, Tris & Lysis buffers are stable for 1 year at room temperature (15-25°C). The 3M DNAbsolute reagent shoud be stored at 4°C and is stable for one year.
