HBV core antigen (HBcAg) recombinant. Amino acids 1-183 of HBV core antigen, 18kDa. Reacts to human HBV positive serum. Under non-reducing conditions, forms native core particles. Cloned from HBV 320 genome. Does not contain fusion partner.
