Subunit Structure: Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. Beta-5 (ITGB5) associates with alpha-V (ITGAV). Interacts with MYO10 (PubMed:15156152). Interacts with DAB2. Integrin ITGAV:ITGB5 interacts with FBLN5 (via N-terminus) (By similarity). ITGAV:ITGB5 interacts with NOV (PubMed:15611078).
