Mouse anti Human CD10 antibody, clone 56C6 recognizes the human CD10 cell surface antigen, a 100kDa glycoprotein also known as CALLA (common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen). CD10 is expressed on a variety of cell types, including immature and germinal centre B cells, lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and also on the brush border of kidney epithelial cells.
