Four dengue subtype N-terminal envelope proteins, Dengue 1/2/3/4, are mixed together. There is equal amount of each protein in this mixture. Each protein is derived from dengue N-terminal envelope containing 190 amino acids with a 6 x His tag at its C-terminal, The proteins migrate at ~22 kDa on SDS-PAGE. This cocktail can detect the specific dengue antibody from all four infected dengue viruses. These dengue antigens have good performance in ELISA test based on the publications.
