- This antibody is a pan antibody that recognizes SH3 and multiple ankyrin repeat domains protein 1 (Shank 1), SH3 and multiple ankyrin repeat domains protein 2 (Shank 2) and SH3 and multiple ankyrin repeat domains protein 3 (Shank3). Shank proteins act as a scaffold protein anchoring and connecting membrane bound receptors and other proteins to the cytoskeleton in neurons to enable cell signaling.

Our Anti-Pan-Shank mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N23B/49. It detects human, mouse, and rat Pan-Shank, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.
