The MeCP2 phospho-regulation kit can be used to detect phosphorylation of Ser-80 and Ser-421 in MeCP2. The kit includes an anti-MeCP2 (C-terminus) antibody for comparison total MeCP2 expression relative to site-specific phosphorylation level. In addition, the kit includes blocking peptides for examining the specificity of the antibodies in Western blot and immunocytochemistry.
