The Myosin Regulatory Light Chain phospho-regulation kit can be used for immunocytochemical co-localization of MLC phosphorylation at Ser-1 and Ser-19 compared to the total expression of MLC. The kit includes rabbit polyclonal antibodies along with Goat-anti-rabbit conjugated to DyLight® 594 .
