Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

RPB2 is the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for the synthesis of messenger RNA in eukaryotic cells. The RPB2 subunit combines with other polymerase subunits to form a structure within RNA polymerase II that maintains the contact between the DNA and the newly synthesized RNA within the active site of the enzyme
