The dengue MBS596093-A and MBS596093-B antibodies detect the non-structural protein NS1 of dengue virus. The NS1 protein antigen is secreted into the blood during early dengue infection. The antibodies detect NS1 from all four dengue virus subtypes dengue-1, dengue-2, dengue-3 and dengue-4. The antibodies have been developed for detecting antigen by lateral flow assays.
The MBS596093-A (MBS596093-A conjugate) antibody can be conjugated to colloidal gold to detect dengue NS1. The MBS596093-A antibody pairs with MBS596093-B (MBS596093-B coating) to prepare dengue NS1 lateral flow immunoassays or rapid test assays.
