产品描述:

菊粉是一种天然存在的多糖,主要由果糖单元构成,当注射给动物时,具有良好的耐受性。它完全被肾小球过滤,不会被小管分泌或重新吸收,因此被公认为测量肾小球滤过率(GFR)的金标准,平均分子量约3000 -5000Da.。Tdb Labs生产分子量为4.5kDa的FITC标记的菊粉,该产品为黄色粉末,易溶于水。

光谱数据:

FITC菊粉的激发最大值为490-495 nm,发射最大值为520±5 nm。

保存和稳定性:

密闭干燥保存,稳定性6年。FITC菊粉的稳定性与FITC葡聚糖的稳定性相似。只有在pH值升高(>9)和温度升高的情况下,硫代氨基甲酸酯才有水解的风险。然而,和聚蔗糖一样,由于果糖单元对酸水解的敏感性,在酸性pH下的稳定性较差。

溶解性:

FITC菊粉易溶于水。FITC菊粉以黄色粉末的形式供应,溶于水或盐溶液,得到黄色溶液。稀溶液(1-2%)在静置时可能保持澄清,但浓度更高(>10%)的溶液在静置后会形成沉淀物,因为菊粉倾向于形成结晶聚集体。这些沉淀物在加热时会重新溶解。该产品也溶于DMSO、甲酰胺和某些其他极性有机溶剂,但不溶于低级脂肪醇、丙酮、氯仿、二甲基甲酰胺。

产品应用:

菊粉长期以来一直用于监测肾清除率。FITC菊粉为繁琐的菊粉化学分析提供了一种简单而灵敏的替代方案,并允许实时分析。
