Description of Target: SPSB1 is a probable substrate recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin BC-CUL2/5-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
Description of Product: This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SPSB1 Antibody (MBS3217203). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings.
