Recombinant toxoplasma P35 is a 35kDa protein used to test the specific antibody for the identification of Toxoplasma gondii infection, it was expressed from E. coli, containing a 6 x his tag at its C-terminus. This protein forms dimer on SDS-PAGE under denatured conditions, compared to other toxoplasma monomer antigen, it has better immunoreactions.
