- Dynein heavy chain 7, axonemal, Axonemal Beta Dynein Heavy Chain 7 or DNAH7 is encoded by the gene DNAH7. DNAH7 is a type of heavy chain that makes up a larger protein complex of dynein arms of ciliary axonemes. DNAH7 is found in respiratory cilia, brain, testes and trachea. Diseases associated with DNAH7 include Situs Inversus and Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia.
