特异性:This antibody recognizes the structurally related amino acid sequence epitopes … PISRP… and ….PITKP that occur in the two proteoglycan tandem repeat motifs of cartilage LP. This antibody can be used to detect intact LP 1,2 & 3 as well as a large number of smaller fragments that are generated through proteolytic cleavage during LP catabolism. It recognizes LP in all animal species from chicken to humans.
